We use GMC questionnaires as standard to conduct staff and patient surveys. However, we are completely flexible and can adapt to your requirements. All our survey packs include a GMC self-assessment, GMC benchmarking data and a template for reflection. Normal turnaround time for reports (once data is collected and received) is approximately two weeks. If you need your report quickly, there is a possibility to process it with priority, but please contact us for details and availability. Our efficient system means we can offer you an excellent service at a competitive price. VAT is not charged at checkout, the price shown is the price you pay. Contact us for other payment options (cheque, phone payment, paypal).
We offer two main options, a printed package or a self-print option. Both packages include data entry, analysis and reporting. The only difference is that with the printed option we will post the questionnaires to you, along with a ballot box. If you have already collected patient feedback with the GMC questionnaires, please also choose the self-print option.
Questionnaires for colleagues are usually collected via email invitations to an online form. DrMSF is also happy to offer data collection on paper questionnaires. When you order here, you will receive everything you need to collect feedback from your colleagues in a way that best suits your needs, including analysis and reporting.
It is recommended that you collect your colleagues' feedback online. If you provide DrMSF with email addresses, we will email invitations to your colleagues. From this email, colleagues can follow a link to your own secure online survey. You can also order this if you wish to collect, or have collected, GMC paper questionnaires for colleagues. Collecting paper questionnaires is particularly useful for Locum Doctors to gather feedback from their colleagues, where you do not work in one place for a long time or only work with colleagues for a short time. You can choose how you want to collect your data, depending on your own working practise and situation. If you wish, you can also combine data collection formats by collecting some responses online while others are collected on GMC paper questionnaires.
If you can print the questionnaires and do not want to receive a parcel by post, select this option. Colleague data collection can be via email/online or on paper. We use the original GMC patient and colleague questionnaires to capture your 360-degree feedback. DrMSF handle the data entry for your questionnaires, then generate reports with our customised software.
If you have already collected colleague and patient data using the GMC forms, it's not a problem, pick this option. There were a total of 3 variants of the GMC questionnaire, we can report on each edition. We only consider the demographic data included in the original questionnaire and exclude later additions such as gender identity. The collection of unnecessary demographic data is not encouraged.
This option covers:
If you need the reports very quickly, you can ask about our express service.
This express service is not always available, especially during school holidays when annual leave can make this impossible.
Please make sure that it is possible and that we can complete quickly before ordering the fast track analysis.
The stated turnaround time is about 3 days, but the report is usually sent the day after we receive all the data.
Please use the GMC version of the questionnaires where possible. DrMSF has developed in-house software to automate the reporting process when using the GMC questionnaires. Automated reporting is reliable and faster than manual customised reporting. Please note that DrMSF has years of experience in data entry and report generation, so please do not hesitate to contact us whatever your requirements.
In the past, doctors have requested that DrMSF produce fully customised reports using personally developed questionnaires. This has already been done successfully. However, you should be aware that the questionnaire design may not meet GMC requirements for assessment and revalidation. If you have already collected data and would like a report, DrMSF is here to help.
DrMSF has also produced reports using questionnaires from the Royal Colleges. If you have the data, DrMSF can produce a report for you.
